I have so many wonderful and positive things to say about Randi! First of all her communication is spot on. She’s very easy to work with and she has very quick response times. I felt very confident working with her that if we had any problems at all that she would be there to assist us. My family and I travel to Disney about once every two years and we are very familiar with the parks. Randi had some great suggestions on things to do that we haven’t considered before. In addition to that Randi was able to apply a promotion that was running at the time to our resort, saving us a lot of money. Thanks Randi, what we normally would have spent on a moderate resort stay we were able to upgrade to a deluxe resort. For this trip we also decided we wanted to do a fishing excursion on Bay Lake. Randi was awesome and she was able to book us over the phone for that. Meaning I didn’t have to spend a huge amount of time on the phone making the reservation. I highly recommend Randi.

Most magical experience!
I'd never used a travel agent before but when I was planing our first family trip to Disney World I knew I was in over my head. I happen to come across Randi's profile on Instagram and I considered it to be a sign of fate. Her experience had given me answers to questions I didn't even know I needed to ask. Her services completed this trip for us and I am forever grateful. From the early stages of planing, the our arrival to Orlando, into the duration of our stay, Randi was there with anv answer needed.
