Embarkation Day on the Disney Treasure!
 We kicked off our voyage on Saturday, October 25th, leaving from Disney’s Yacht Club and taking Disney Cruise Line transportation straight to Port Canaveral. The excitement started the moment we boarded the bus and only grew when we saw the Disney Treasure for the very first time.

Embarkation Day on the Disney Treasure!
 We kicked off our voyage on Saturday, October 25th, leaving from Disney’s Yacht Club and taking Disney Cruise Line transportation straight to Port Canaveral. The excitement started the moment we boarded the bus and only grew when we saw the Disney Treasure for the very first time.

Day 5 on the Disney Treasure! Today was dedicated to Halloween!

- I started my day with coffee on the verandah, which I ordered the night before and it was promptly delivered that morning!
- Then sis and I went down to the kids club for an open house and made space goo with Stitch!
- After that it was time for the Royal Gathering, which is a free activity where you get to meet a handful of princesses! But it does need booked ahead of time and can go fast
- After that, the kids got their costumes on and went to the kids clubs (yet again - mom and dad got ditched!)
- While they played, we did Bingo and had lunch at 1923
- Then mom and dad headed to the spa for our couples massages!
- We ended the night back at Marvel for dinner, and this time it was a dinner show with Rocket and Groot!
- Then off to the Halloween stage show and trick or treating!

A little behind! Day 4 on the Disney Treasure!

Yesterday was our first port day, and we were excited to get off the ship and explore Cozumel! It was sad that we had to miss the Virgin Islands, but look at the beach that we got to spend halt the day at! SO gorgeous!!

Then once we got back on the ship, it was time to get ready for Pirate night!! We ate dinner in one of the main dining rooms and ordered from a special Pirate themed menu! Checked out the stage show (complete with fireworks at sea-they’re AMAZING!).

After pirate night, the kids went back to the kids clubs (they’re obsessed) and parents went to watch a show called “Match Your Mate-y” and let me tell you, it was HILARIOUS!

We stayed up until midnight which means that we got to see the kids goodnight in the grand hall!

-then kids went back to the kids club while we enjoyed an fun game show for the adults!
-mom checked out the formal night dance party with Minnie, Mickey, Daisy and Goofy!
-now mom and brother are headed to bed while sis attempts to make it to midnight in the club where the counselors “turn into goats” at midnight. 😂

Disney Cruises are SO much fun! And way more relaxing than the parks! It’s just a totally different kind of vacation!

One more sea day tomorrow, then off to explore Cozumel for the day!!

Unfortunately due to hurricane Melissa, our ports in St Thomas and Tortola were cancelled. We are now going to Cozumel and stopping at Disneys Castaway Cay twice. So we are going to make the most of it!!

This last cruise, I was traveling with just my daughter and I so I couldn’t sneak away to get coffee on the 11th deck until she was up for the morning. So pre-scheduled coffee delivery was a game changer for me!

TA’s don’t get paid until clients travel, and booking with us is supporting our small businesses! It doesn’t cost you extra and you end up with a planning partner. To me that’s a win win! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Sometimes you just have to put on a pretty dress, your favorite Minnie ears, and head to dinner at the Grand Floridian!

We had the sweetest evening at 1900 Park Fare. The food was great, the characters were so fun, and the whole experience felt extra magical.

This is such a great spot for families looking to enjoy a special meal at Walt Disney World!

Despite it being a stormy afternoon, a trip to the adults on section of Castaway Cay was oh so relaxing! Serenity Bay is accessible by tram from the main area of Castaway and is only for those 18+. You can grab food, ice cream and soda (all included) and can find a cash bar and a very relaxing beach! It was seriously so serene and quiet. I wish that I had more time to soak it all in!!

Are you team do laundry on vacation or stuff at all in your suitcase and deal with it when you get home? I love to do laundry on vacation for a few reasons. Reason one is I can pack pieces that can be reused so I don’t have to pack as many articles of clothing. Reason two is because I don’t like to take a whole bunch of dirty laundry home with me to have to worry about it when I get home. I can just throw a small load of laundry in and then put the rest away and be done. we usually have downtime at some point where I can go throw some laundry in while the family is relaxing. This girl CRACKS me up!! Vacation suits her well. Love having girls time together! Even though most of it has been spent in the kids club 🤪 and no, im not sending her there! It’s the opposite, im begging her to spend time with me! But they make It SO fun!!

BUT did you know that DCL has unlimited soft, serve ice cream?! On the Disney Wish that we are sailing on currently, and the new Disney Treasure, there is staff available to serve the ice cream. On the other ships, however, it is self serve! I should be counting how many shes had at this point, but i cant tell you! It’s vacation haha!

Getting ready to head home after a WHIRLWIND of a week! From Sunday-Friday I hit 7 theme parks (4 of them twice), stayed at 3 different resorts, tried so many different snacks, rode so many rides, met lots of characters, and walked around 60 miles! I’m BEAT! 😂 Doing research for my clients is fun and exhausting, but someone has to do it 🤪

My favorite resort stay this week hands down was the Boardwalk in this Garden Room! These rooms only sleep 2 adults, and are perfect for a special occasion like an anniversary, honeymoon, milestone celebrations, etc. Staying here you get access to the club level lounge, which was AMAZING service. Hands down this was the best club level staff that we have encountered. Extremely attentive and friendly! I will share more on this later.
